A group of friends taking a trip to Europe. Enjoying the sights and constantly walking they soon saw that the best food stands were the ones serving fries. Every country had its different take on sauces and toppings. Having lived most of their lives in Los Angeles and growing up with access to different international flavors they set out to bring the world closer together. Combining the different flavors of Europe, Asia and South America as well as living so close to a Latin influence Fritas was born to serve fries made awesome.
Toppings are an important part of Fritas. They are what bring the salt and crunch of a golden fried potato and the creamy sauces available together. With a great selection of cheeses, greens, and proteins, Fritas delivers a blast of flavors and textures.
